Local Selection podcast

Do you love a functioning society? Do you hate white supremacy? Well I have good news - you can help support the former and dismantle the latter by getting involved in local level democracy. But because the news media doesn’t focus on it, and we don’t read stories about how powerful they are, local level offices don’t feel sexy to most people. I am working to change that. For my new podcast Local Selection I’m interviewing incredible local and state level elected officials all around the country - red states, blue states, and purple states alike - to help people get excited about the power in these offices to make America more fair, more just, and more equitable… But only if we care enough to find the amazing people running for them, support them, and elect them.
