Madeline Grey Defreece at Slamdance and beyond

Even during quarantine times, Madeline Grey Defreece has found a way to keep popping up around the country, just not always in person. The feature film she stars in, Tahara, by fabulous up and coming director Olivia Peace, has been wowing audiences at festivals from coast to coast. Beginning with the Slamdance film festival in Park City, Utah where it was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize, and most recently awarded an Honorable Mention by the US Narrative Feature jury at LA Outfest and was one of Nylon Magazine’s top ten picks for the festival.
